When I meet with a client, one of the first things I do is get to know the property and and determine what marketing changes might work best. I often find several areas where a few changes can make a big difference. One example is photos. I find that we can often upgrade the photos to showcase the special features of the home and this can change the whole look of the listing.

My marketing plans are customized to the needs of my clients. From marketing online with eye-catching media ads, to offline with direct mailers, I make sure I feature the best aspects of your home to be sure to appeal to the right buyers.

I work closely with my client to determine the best features of their home in order to describe them for the best marketing, and so as to capture what is most special about the home. I often find that what my clients most love about their home is what will also attract the next buyer. We work together to paint the right picture of the home.

Sometimes listings expire because they are way over-priced. But oftentimes no price change is needed at all, or just a small adjustment will make a big difference. Either way, we will monitor the market closely and together make any needed adjustments.
